Camera and Association: Amateur cinema in Girona

In collaboration with the Image Research and Diffusion Center (CRDI), we revisit the link between community associations and amateur cinema in Girona. Since the 1930s, hiking and cultural clubs became key spaces for amateur filmmaking and distribution across the Girona region.
The session includes a presentation on the topic and the screening of a selection of films linked to this community association network:
